Kids Yoga Classes
I started teaching children yoga in 2016 in Mexico. When I moved to Canada in 2018, I took a Rainbow yoga kids & family training and I started teaching Kids Yoga in Edmonton. In 2019 I started working at a Preschool program as a Yoga Instructor and Educational assistant.
With all this experience I am able to create fun, active yoga and mindfulness yoga classes incorporating stories (literacy), music and movement to engage children.
Each class ends with time to relax and settle the mind and body.
I offer also the possibility of bilingual yoga classes: English- Spanish, English- French or Spanish- French, giving the kids the chance to learn yoga, learn another language & have fun.

In order to be able to provide the best service all
classes are limited to maximum 15 kids or 6 families.
Yoga class package
You can book an hour* of children yoga for $85 CAD, this includes:
• One, 15 min babies or young toddlers yoga class.
• Two, 20 min Toddlers or Kinder Garden Children yoga classes.
Note: When you book an hour of yoga, all the classes are booked the same day in a continued 60 min term. Example: Tuesday January 28th from 9 to 10 am.
*Yogi Irene needs 2 to 3 minutes to set up and sanitize the mats between groups.
